How many hours do we need for our wedding?

Well, that depends! 6 hours is great for a small, more casual wedding, and 10 hours will cover just about everything you could think of. 8 is a great middle ground. We’re happy to chat about what it is you’re looking for and help you choose the right package.


What’s the turnaround time for our photos?

Our turn around is quick, about 6-8 weeks. We love the process of color correcting and touching up photos, of really bringing them to life, and truly pour ourselves into them to give you the best images possible.


How many photos can we expect?

We really don't have a set number. We’re far more concerned with the quality of images than the number, but we shoot a TON (blame Kevin’s action sports background for his happy trigger finger). Trust us, you’ll get more photos than you’ll know what to do with. If you’re one of those that really just needs a number, we average between 800-1500 images depending on the package.

Do you shoot digital and film?

We mainly shoot digital, but Kevin loves to shoot film. If you’d like us to shoot some film at your wedding we would love to do so, we just ask that you cover the cost of processing. (we’d let you know what that would be beforehand)


Can we get the RAW files?

The short answer is no. We’ve put years of schooling, and hours of work into how we process our photos, and have a lot of pride in the work we do. The RAW photo is just the starting point, the final image we deliver is what has the magic, and in fairness to our couples and our own business, we only want to deliver the best.

 
 
 

Can we meet you before the wedding?

Absolutely! We really try and make it a point to meet our couples before contracts are signed, or at least chat on the phone. Your photographers will be by your side more than anyone else on your wedding day, so it's really important that we all feel comfortable going into things.


Can we give you a mood board?

You sure can. Hopefully you choose us because you like our style and our images, and they are in line with what you’re looking for, but we’re always happy to see what dream shots our couples have thought up. A couple months before the wedding we send out a little questionnaire that will let you go into more detail on these sorts of things.


Do we get a sneak peek?

Oh yeah! Let's be real, we want your first instagram post as a married couple to be one of our images, not a blurry photo from someone's iPhone (even if its an 11) But really, we love photography and working on photos. We’ll be up the next morning with a big pot of coffee, digging through your photos and working on some of our favorites, because we love to do it. You’ll get a little peek sent over shortly after.


Do you travel?

We LOVE to travel, have you ever been to Florence? Oh, do we travel for weddings? Yes we do, and we love that too. We’re based out of San Clemente, California and anything within a 75 mile radius is considered a “Local Wedding” with no extra fees. But we’ll go just about anywhere in the world, so let us know where you’re thinking and we’ll make a plan!


How do we pay you?

We can take cash, cards, personal checks, venmo, and paypal. We ask for a 50% deposit upfront to lock in your date, and the remaining 50% a month before the wedding.
